About The Position

This position will oversee the set up and running of all required project controls systems, tools, and interfaces to allow successful management and reporting of the project costs, schedule and risks on projects and specific assignments. The candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a large team of project control resources in support of project delivery excellence. The role interfaces with a number of key stakeholders across the project and wider business. Primary focal point for the Project Manager/Director, Client or Project Team for all matters relating to project costs, schedules, and risk; and resources requirements. This role will develop and implement the project control execution plan for a major project with significant complexity.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls excellence for large-scale mining projects.
• Ability to manage and guide a large team of project control resources.
• Experience interfacing with key stakeholders across the project and wider business.
• Proficiency in managing project costs, schedules, and risks.
• Ability to develop and implement project control execution plans for complex projects.
