About The Position

Assist with financial control activities for Department of Defense contracts. Support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting. Maintain and update financial trackers and project documentation. Prepare basic financial analysis and present findings to senior team members. Help monitor key performance indicators and identify variances. Participate in internal reviews and contribute inputs for client presentations. Support continuous improvement of financial processes and tools. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, program control, or federal government contracting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, or lookups
• Ability to work in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team
• HS diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship is required

• Experience with FEDSIM / AAS
• Experience with expense reports and invoicing
• Experience with FAR or federal financial processes
• Experience supporting cost control or project financial tracking
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Ability to develop advanced analytical and advisory skills
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and learn quickly
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
