The Project Control Analyst opportunity involves navigating requirements, policies, and regulations governing funding to ensure space and intelligence resources have the most impact. The role is responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs, organizations, or proposals. This includes performing detailed financial and program control activities such as budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. The analyst will analyze budgets, support authorizing budget expenditures, provide work leadership to junior employees, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. Responsibilities also include preparing the cost-to-complete, supporting estimates and contract deliverables, responding to contract and program data calls, and participating in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed financial program management reviews, providing status of key performance metrics, anticipating and responding to customer needs, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers.
