The successful candidate will work as part of the PCA team supporting monthly customer deliverables and corporate financial reporting requirements. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or related field.
- Must be able to work 3 days per week in Huntsville office.
Nice To Haves
- 2-4 years of PCA Experience with a Government Contractor
- Knowledge of Excel and Cost Point
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update program budgets.
- Forecast in FocusPoint to incude updates to personnel, funding, travel estimates, etc.
- Monthly accruals for subcontractors.
- Monitor actuals against budget, prepare financial reports, and reconcile prime billings.
- Manage subcontractor funding and review invoices to include submission of AP forms.
- Receive, review, and approve subcontractor TOMPs.
- Issue subcontractor mods, allocate in funding/ceiling sheet, and send mod info to contracts to include PRs.
- Coordinate appropriate charge codes for employees to include travel, labor, etc.
