Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and facility systems.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Understanding of construction codes and safety requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

Experience performing construction inspections, quality audits, and QA/QC activities.
Familiarity with commissioning, startup, turnover, and project closeout processes.
Understanding of contractor management and construction project coordination.
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor construction projects preferred.
Relevant QA/QC, construction, or safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct QA/QC inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for construction accuracy.
Monitor contractor workmanship and resolve quality issues.
Maintain inspection reports, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, codes, and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to support quality, schedule, and project objectives.
Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
