Requirements

Strong understanding of facilities processes, systems, construction materials, installation practices, and applicable construction codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and cut sheets to verify compliance with project requirements.
Working knowledge of construction safety standards with a demonstrated commitment to ensuring safety regulations and rules are consistently followed.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to successfully navigate challenging situations and collaborate effectively across project teams.
Demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality excellence, ensuring construction work is performed efficiently and meets company and project standards.

Responsibilities

Provide QA/QC oversight throughout all phases of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, construction codes, company standards, and quality requirements.
Inspect and verify materials, workmanship, installation practices, and documentation to ensure project quality and operational excellence.
Monitor construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established quality expectations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, construction teams, and facility stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues to support schedule, performance, and compliance objectives.
Ensure construction deliverables meet the requirements of a semiconductor manufacturing environment and organizational standards.
