The Project Construction Manager (PCM) is responsible for overseeing all Construction and Commissioning activities assigned to MPWA‑NGS for a dedicated project. This role represents the Construction & Commissioning function during project kick‑off and engineering phases, and leads execution activities through construction, commissioning, and project turnover. The PCM works closely with the MPWA‑NGS project team and EPC partners to proactively manage technical, schedule, administrative, and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution. The role also focuses on enforcing contract requirements, maintaining personnel safety, preserving plant equipment and systems, and identifying and mitigating safety, quality, and contractual risks throughout project delivery.
