About The Position

This role involves organizing project workflows, maintaining accurate records, and developing project schedules based on customer requirements, parts deliveries, production, and scheduling. The position requires strong interaction skills with customers, coordination with various personnel including city/county/state officials, subcontractors, customers, and internal employees. A key aspect is the ability to understand and utilize Bassco's internal support systems, learn new technical systems and software, and interpret project engineering blueprints and plans. The role also includes preparing engineering reports, O&M manuals, and installation information packets. Responsibilities extend to performing site visits, attending pre-construction and safety meetings, making informed decisions based on site information, and retaining all job details. The ideal candidate must excel in organization, be a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and possess strong communication and motivational skills.

  • Ability to Interact well with customers bot verbally and in writing

  • Ability to make accurate decisions based on construction site information
  • Ability to obtain/retain every detail of every job that is your responsibility
  • Must excel in organizational skills

  • Must be flexible to changing conditions and be able to adapt a plan to fit existing conditions
  • Must poses the ability to articulate a concise plan and motivate others

Nice To Haves

  • At least two years in the position of Construction Manager or Construction Foreman
