About The Position

We are looking for a results-driven Project Business Developer to drive growth across Pomorskie, Zachodnio-Pomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Łódzkie, and Lubuskie. This role involves regular travel to engage with clients and develop opportunities in local markets. As part of SOMFY’s Push & Pull strategy, you will strengthen our presence in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by building lasting partnerships with key construction stakeholders and converting opportunities into long-term business success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in real estate, smart home, or building automation.
  • Proven success in managing complex B2B projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of IoT, smart home ecosystems, and motorized shading.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote Somfy’s innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments.
  • Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.
