About The Position

Are you a recent college graduate considering law school and eager to gain hands-on experience at a Am100 law firm? Nelson Mullins' Atlanta office is seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Assistant to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insight into the legal field and work alongside experienced professionals. Working closely with litigation paralegals and attorneys, you will support case strategy execution and day-to-day litigation activities. Responsibilities include assisting with the development and implementation of litigation strategies, preparing charts, summaries, and other key deliverables, and conducting basic legal and factual research with corresponding data compilation. You will utilize electronic litigation databases and related technology to support efficient case management, maintain accurate data entry and tracking, and ensure documents and case files are well-organized, up to date, and properly monitored throughout the litigation lifecycle. With over 1,000 attorneys and professionals, Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.
