About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Environmental Team in Casper, WY. This is a part-time role that will support office operations. Individual will be required to work onsite 20+ hours/week.

Requirements

2 years of previous administrative experience

Responsibilities

Support project managers, engineers, and field teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
Assist with preparing project reports.
Organize and maintain project documentation.
Ensure important records are accurately filed and readily accessible.
Scan and manage site documents.
Maintain laboratory and project data files.
Help track project progress through spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Work closely with project managers to provide status and schedule updates.
Support a variety of administrative project management functions.
Serve as a key point of support for engineers, contractors, and field personnel by helping coordinate information, responding to project-related emails, and assisting with day-to-day project needs.
Facilitate and document project processes.
Support training and compliance requirements.
Contribute to maintaining company standards and quality expectations.
