Requirements

Candidates with the ability to build noncomplex optical / electrical / mechanical sub-assemblies within quality requirements.
This person should be reliable and detail oriented.
HS Diploma or GED/HSE or 2+ years of Manufacturing/Assembly experience
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check prior to starting work.
Show up on time Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Reliable transportation no excuses.
Respectful always.
No swearing at all.
Great communication skills.
Attention to detail work well under pressure.
Basic math skills.
Basic counting perfection.
Must be able to do repetitive motion and physical requirements.
Multitasker
Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.

Fork truck is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

Show up on time Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Good interpersonal and communication skills showing great character and respect towards all.
Comprehend and follow verbal and/or written work instructions and procedures.
Manual activities for light manufacturing while assembling medical kits.
Always be safety conscious.
Use steel toe safety shoes while performing job.
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
