Requirements

  • Candidates with the ability to build noncomplex optical / electrical / mechanical sub-assemblies within quality requirements.
  • This person should be reliable and detail oriented.
  • HS Diploma or GED/HSE or 2+ years of Manufacturing/Assembly experience
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check prior to starting work.
  • Show up on time Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Reliable transportation no excuses.
  • Respectful always.
  • No swearing at all.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Attention to detail work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic counting perfection.
  • Must be able to do repetitive motion and physical requirements.
  • Multitasker
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Fork truck is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Show up on time Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills showing great character and respect towards all.
  • Comprehend and follow verbal and/or written work instructions and procedures.
  • Manual activities for light manufacturing while assembling medical kits.
  • Always be safety conscious.
  • Use steel toe safety shoes while performing job.
  • Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
  • Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
