About The Position

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative, and engaged Project Architect who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas. This candidate also has a strong ability for meaningful mentoring of team and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
• Architectural license is required
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and code knowledge
• Strong knowledge of external detailing
• Great attention to detail and service to clients
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must
• Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit is required

Responsibilities

• QA/QC for a valued Retail client
• Overall construction documentation review and approval
• Signing and sealing of documents
• Primary client relationship duties
• Architectural design and coordination with engineering disciplines
• Working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work
• Client interaction
• Consultant coordination
• Quality assurance & control
• Design, production, and construction administration responsibilities
• Mentor and grow more junior level staff
