About The Position
An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Project Architect for their Tampa team! This role involves planning, programming, design, and project management. You will work with the Director of Design, lead and manage multi-discipline design teams, and research/coordinate materials and products for project specifications. The position requires applying all local, state, and federal applicable building codes, researching new building materials and industry standards, mentoring junior staff, and providing efficient/elegant design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 10+ Project Architect experience in either sports management, sports design, entertainment design, owner representation, or program management
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements
- RA license required
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and LEED
- Experience in Photoshop and Sketchup
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
