About The Position

Dewberry's Architecture Team is looking for a passionate and experienced Project Architect to join our growing team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including Federal, State, and Local Government, Community Facilities, Civic, and Justice building types. You'll have the opportunity to lead and influence projects from concept through construction, making a lasting impact on the clients and communities we serve. Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited university
Licensed architect with at least 8 years of post-graduate experience
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
Collaborative approach to all aspects of the practice.
Adept knowledge of local code requirements and ability to efficiently interface with agencies having jurisdiction, as required.
A design portfolio demonstrating experience will be required.
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.

Lead the development and coordination of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
