NBBJ Seattle is seeking an experienced, technically grounded Interiors Project Architect to strengthen and grow our Seattle Interiors practice. This role will focus on key corporate workplace accounts, repeat-client relationships, and projects ranging from strategic tenant improvements to complex corporate campuses. The Interiors Project Architect performs architectural design and development work for projects involving the construction of interiors of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities. This role is a critical bridge between design vision and built execution, requiring technical leadership, Revit/BIM fluency, code-aware detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration judgment to deliver highly coordinated, high-quality interiors for sophisticated corporate clients. This is not intended as a production-only role; we are seeking a project architect who can become a trusted technical partner to designers, project managers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, helping to improve delivery consistency, support long-term account growth, mentor developing staff, and protect design intent from concept through construction.
