About The Position

This role involves implementing and maintaining organizational programs to support the Navy's mission systems. The Project and Financial Manager will work with assistant program managers to prepare acquisition documents, support the development and management of spend plans and related change requests, monitor obligation and expenditure benchmarks, support annual budget development, and perform other cost, schedule, and performance management tasks. The role requires tactical planning using Microsoft Office and Power BI tools, and regular interaction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), schedulers, and project analysts. The position also involves delivering briefing material and other reporting with a focus on high quality and impactful content, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards. The goal is to ensure the Navy client accomplishes its intelligence and information operations program office goals within budget by delivering advanced capabilities to the warfighter.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD clients
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD Program Management Offices
  • 5+ years of experience managing a spend plan
  • Experience drafting impact statements or reclamas, and assisting with drafting budget documentation and updates
  • Experience stratifying and rolling up financial data on behalf of multiple programs
  • Experience with the Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction DoD 5000.02
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts on electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligence
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree

Responsibilities
