The Project Manager for the Neal site is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects, serving as both the project management and the on‑site construction management focal point. This role integrates all phases of project development — from Front End Engineering (FEL) through engineering, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and close‑out — ensuring safe, compliant, and competitive project delivery aligned with Braskem’s Capital Work Process and site requirements. Position oversees project scope, cost, schedule, risk management, contractor performance, quality, and field execution. This includes direct leadership of all construction activities at the Neal site, ensuring field work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Federal, State, Local, PSM, and Braskem standards. The role works closely with operations, maintenance, HES, site leadership, engineering contractors, construction firms, procurement, and the regional Capital Investments organization. Although based at the Neal site, this position reports to the Project Leader responsible for the Northeast region and plays a key role in delivering the regional capital portfolio. Key responsibilities include FEL development, constructability reviews, construction execution planning, progress tracking, quality assurance, turnover preparation, and project performance reporting. The Project Manager also contributes to annual portfolio budgeting, project prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives within Braskem’s capital execution framework.
