About The Position

We are searching for a Project Analyst to support construction projects at our client's site in Niskayuna, NY, with possible support for the West Milton, NY site. Requirements

5-10+ years of experience in project scheduling software, preferably Primavera
Experience managing financial information
Candidates must possess a DOE L Security Clearance.
A pre-employment drug screening and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verification is required.
US citizenship may be required.

Nice To Haves

Coursework or experience in project management
Experience analyzing performance to plan
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in technical writing to author or support submittments
Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques.
Preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports.
Identifying resource conflicts, analyzing budgets and workforce estimates, developing parts of the Program Management Plan, supporting meetings, issuing change controls, and preparing closeout reports.
