About The Position

The Project Analyst supports project accounting and financial administration, including project setup, monthly billing and accounts receivable processes, contract and billing file management, financial monitoring, and vendor invoice processing. The role also assists with client monthly reporting and provides support to operations and project leadership. The position requires adherence to ISO requirements and an understanding of GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as they relate to KCI billing. Pre-employment drug screening and a background check are conditions of employment; motor vehicle checks may be required based on the position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; or an associate degree in one of these fields plus 3–5 years of related experience.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
Ability to contribute within a team serving a variety of services and clients and comprising varied personalities.
Experience developing and using spreadsheets to prepare invoices and track projects.
Understanding of financial concepts.
Ability to understand and adhere to GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as they relate to KCI billing.

Oracle projects experience.

Responsibilities

Set up projects in Oracle.
Perform monthly billing and accounts receivable processes.
Set up and archive contract and billing files.
Assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
Comply with ISO requirements.
Assist with monthly client reporting.
Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
Complete other projects as assigned.
