About The Position

The Enterprise Business Planning Project Analyst serves as a key member of the EBP Gen Next Project that seeks to modernize the underlying technologies that enable our enterprise business planning processes. The project is currently in phase 1/phase 2 and is assessing the minimum functional objectives to modernize and enable our workflows with the goal of enhancing automation and efficiency, reducing manual efforts and enabling AI capabilities, faster scenario planning and integrated data capabilities. We are expecting the project to move to Phase 3 in 2H26 followed by an implementation phase. The Project Analyst is expected to be dedicated to the project across all phases of the project, managing key workstreams, stakeholder communications and change management. The project is anticipated to take 2-3 years.

Requirements

• Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards).
• Project management skills on different phases of digital projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Finance and planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the EBP Gen Next Project team.
• Engage with stakeholders, conduct framing sessions, and perform analysis and assessment.
• Formulate recommendations for Minimum Functional Objectives.
• Participate in technology assessments, RFI and RFP processes, and potential vendor and System Implementor selection during Phase 3.
• Manage key workstreams, stakeholder communications, and change management throughout the project.
• Support the modernization of underlying technologies for enterprise business planning processes.
• Enhance automation and efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and enable AI capabilities.
• Facilitate faster scenario planning and integrated data capabilities.
