Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain, at a minimum, a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Satellite Communications (SATCOM) environment is a plus.
  • Experience with wideband satellite systems is preferred.
  • Experience with the Wideband Global Satellite (WGS) constellation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the government Assistant Project Manager (APM) in ensuring the timely completion of action items and requests for information across assigned programs and functional areas.
  • Provide project portfolio and administrative process support.
  • Coordinate team activities.
  • Assist leadership with management reporting and program status updates.
  • Coordinate and oversee assigned functions to ensure staff actions, task assignments, and status reporting meet established requirements and standards.
  • Support contract compliance throughout the period of performance, including acquisition requirements packages, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research and analysis, and development of technical requirements.
  • Support IPT and Scrum meetings as necessary.
  • Assess vendor performance and recommend courses of action to the government team throughout the contract and system lifecycle to support successful delivery of contract requirements.
  • Assist with stakeholder coordination; maintain the project schedule; and report on testing and delivery timelines, project risks, and funding execution.
  • Prepare program-related documentation, including reports, briefings, and presentations.
