About The Position

The Project Analyst supports project planning, execution, and reporting by analyzing data, tracking progress, and providing insights to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Project Management or related field required
  • 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, analysis, or management support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities and deliverables
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular status updates
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and resolve issues
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and adherence to company/project standards
