About The Position
SFS is seeking a Project Analyst to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a Military environment is preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or analysis
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Active Secret Clearance or higher required

Responsibilities
- Track and manage taskings using ETS and related systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Analyze workflow processes and recommend improvements
- Prepare status reports and leadership updates
