About The Position

React Health is a fast-paced, growth-driven manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment, dedicated to supporting patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare providers. GENERAL SUMMARY This Project Analyst will support the NetSuite team in driving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives while contributing to broader business optimization projects. The ideal candidate is confident navigating NetSuite and collaborating cross-functionally to help deliver projects from initiation through completion.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree +2 year as Project Analyst experience is required; 4 + years as Project Analyst experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Prior NetSuite experience as a skilled end user or support position is a must.
  • Experience with process diagraming programs (example – Microsoft Visio).
  • Ability to drive the development of procedures and workflows where they are lacking.
  • Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy with proven experience using systems that support inventory management, ERP, Excel / Word, etc.  Advanced MS Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.  The right candidate would be able to balance multiple projects and contending priorities.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes/procedures and individual projects.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • A self-starter that can take tasks from start to finish.

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively cross-functionally with diverse groups of people.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, project management, computer science, management information systems or any other related area.
  • Experience with ERP systems outside of NetSuite
  • Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Suite Analytics)
  • Med Device business experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and discern current and future state business processes and requirements.
  • Assist with all documentation efforts to include use cases current and future state.
  • Ensure that all project requirements support the delivery business and project goals and objectives and meet stakeholder needs.
  • Report on common sources of technical or operational issues or questions and make recommendations to business and operation teams.
  • Utilize analytical skills to gather, organize, manipulate, and interpret data.
  • Ability to work with medium to large data sets.
  • Assist with any other project management duties that may arise to support the NetSuite team (IT functions), operations, or other business-related functions.
  • NetSuite: Build/Maintain new dashboards, saved searches, forms & PDFs, key performance indicators and metrics, custom reports and custom fields, and build custom workflows.
  • NetSuite: Execute configuration, training, testing, to support new development efforts.
  • NetSuite: Confidently provide support and user training across all departments as needed.
  • Document processes and how-to documents for end users
  • Work with end-users on usability/ Help Desk issues
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
  • Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
  • Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Provides customer focused interactions.
  • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
