About The Position

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst (Mid-Level) to support IT projects for a Federal Government customer in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of related experience supporting IT projects, specializing in IT infrastructure and operations, to include service delivery, IT infrastructure systems, and solution development. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Washington, DC. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3-5 years of related experience supporting IT projects, specializing in IT infrastructure and operations, to include service delivery, IT infrastructure systems, and solution development.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree. Degree may be substituted with 5 additional years of related experience.
  • A certification (CAPM, CSM, PMP) may be substituted for years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust/security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support data analytics activities related to technology investments, project performance, and portfolio management initiatives.
  • Assist with project processes, tracking, reporting, and communication efforts across IT infrastructure and operations projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to support project and portfolio objectives.
  • Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) opportunities for technology solutions and services.
  • Support enterprise licensing initiatives and activities within the Office of Portfolio and Financial Management.
  • Assist with investment portfolio management, including monitoring, reporting, and performance assessment activities.
  • Contribute to risk management and performance management efforts through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project processes and support portfolio governance activities.
  • Support the development of reports, presentations, and communications related to technology investments, portfolio performance, and vendor initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for assigned projects to ensure milestones, deliverables, and organizational objectives are achieved.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, work plans, status reports, and meeting materials.
  • Facilitate project meetings and support project tracking, analysis, and follow-up activities.
