About The Position

The Project Analyst, Technology supports the delivery of technology and transformation initiatives within the PMO. This role is execution-focused, with responsibility for leading small to medium projects, and/or supporting larger, more complex initiatives under the guidance of Project or Program Managers. The role includes project planning, coordination, proactive follow-up, and financial management, ensuring initiatives remain on track and aligned to delivery commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–4 years experience in project coordination, PMO, or project delivery roles.
  • Experience delivering projects or supporting larger projects / programs.
  • Exposure to project financial tracking and project budget management.
  • Experience with project tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Planner, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation management.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (or working toward).
  • Experience in technology or transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate activities across stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Proactively follow up on actions, dependencies, and commitments to ensure progress.
  • Identify schedule risks early and take corrective action to keep delivery on track.
  • Support Project or Program Managers on larger, more complex projects.
  • Own specific workstreams or deliverables and assist with cross-functional coordination.
  • Vendor coordination and tracking.
  • Status reporting and executive-ready communications.
  • Meeting facilitation and action management.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain RAID logs and drive timely resolution.
  • Escalate risks with clear mitigation plans.
  • Support project managers in estimating cost, forecasting resource requirements and escalating funding risk when required.
  • Will serve as a key contact to Finance (for assigned projects) for month end accruals, in supporting the variance explanations to budget and re-forecasting.
  • As required, act as a main point of contact for project costing, in preparation for the Capital Approval Board (CAB) prioritization.
  • Provide regular project delivery and financial status reporting.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
