Projects and priorities will evolve as the technology and business needs change. The Specialist works with users to identify useful workflows, develops practical solutions, tests and documents them, and helps teams adopt them. Success calls for hands-on building, sound judgment with sensitive information, curiosity, and comfort with a changing project mix. Current AI Tools MARK supports executive and communications content, including social posts, articles, video scripts, panel and podcast preparation, and campaign planning. Its drafts are ready for editing, with ongoing work to improve accuracy and CTMC voice. MIA is a meeting intelligence MVP that connects decisions, dependencies, and risks across Manufacturing, Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory. Broader adoption and data coverage are next priorities. REGGIE is a regulatory change assessment prototype that identifies potentially affected IND sections; subject matter experts make the final assessment. The goal is to reduce assessment time from about three hours to about 30 minutes, subject to integration with Veeva RIM.
