About The Position

At Inter-Co Division 10, we specialize in the distribution and installation of toilet partitions, lockers, washroom accessories, glass shower systems and other specialty products. With 11 locations across Canada and the United States, it is our mission to create the leading North American Division 10 distribution company focused on exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and industry-leading expertise and project delivery. We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our office in Katy, TX.

Requirements

Successful completion of an Undergraduate Education
A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

Lead customer invoicing processes, including progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Project Managers to ensure smooth customer collections
Partner with the Sales & Estimating team to ensure project financial data is precise and up to date
Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities
