Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; internships welcome.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfort working with both domestic and international project accounting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred.
Experience in a project-based or engineering consulting environment
Experience in multi-entity or international organizations
Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environment

Responsibilities

Monitor project financials and generate accurate, timely reports on project status, budgets, and performance.
Serve as a key point of contact between accounting and project managers, providing updates and addressing financial questions related to assigned projects.
Ensure project data is consistently updated, accurate, and reflects the current status of domestic and international projects.
Support month-end and project close-out processes as needed.
Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and cost reconciliation across multiple projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve discrepancies in project financial data.
