This role involves assisting the Finance and Accounting team with financial activity analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate entries in financial systems like PMIS (Proliance) and Costpoint. The position also requires reconciling financial accounts, preparing journal entries, and developing reports to enhance transparency into bond program expenditures. Collaboration with vendors, outside team members, campuses, and other departments is essential for resolving payment issues and obtaining necessary authorizations. The role also includes assisting the Finance and Accounting Manager with various financial activities.
