Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of progressive die setup experience
• Experience performing independent die setups and machine changeovers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and setup documentation
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other precision measuring tools
• Ability to work independently and make setup adjustments to achieve quality and production goals
