About The Position
GiaMed JV is hiring civilian Registered Nurses to work at Brooke Army Medical Center, serving military heroes and their families. They have positions available in a Neuro Step Down and at the Cardiac Step Down Unit. GiaMed JV is a joint venture between MedTrust LLC and GiaCare Inc. The hospital is the Department of Defense's largest facility and only Level 1 Trauma Center. GiaMed JV offers a structured environment, low patient ratios, a team of LVN's and Techs, no on-call requirements, competitive pay, and generous benefits. The schedule consists of 3 months of day shifts followed by 3 months of night shifts, with 36-40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Valid Registered Nursing license for any U.S. jurisdiction
- BLS, ACLS current
- At least one (1) year of full-time experience working as an RN in an Adult Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years (full-time) in clinical nursing within the last four (4) years.

- Provide healing to patients needing a higher level of skilled nursing care than on a Medical Surgical floor, but do not need an intensive level of care in the ICU.
