About The Position

Allstar Pizza & More is launching a new lineup of clubs, classes, and interactive activities for individuals and families. This role will be involved from the beginning, helping to prepare, promote, launch, and lead new experiences. The position offers an opportunity to help build the program from the ground up, introduce new experiences to the community, and help determine which activities become long-term programs. Ideas for new hobbies, skills, or activities that families would enjoy are also welcome.

• Enjoy working with people and families
• Are energetic, welcoming, and comfortable leading a group
• Have knowledge or a strong interest in at least one of our program areas
• Can clearly explain activities and instructions
• Are creative and willing to bring new ideas
• Are dependable and able to take ownership of a program
• Are comfortable helping promote the programs they lead
• Are willing to learn and grow as our program expands

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching, coaching, leading groups, working with children or families, gaming, trading cards, chess, building activities, or recreation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging classes, clubs, and activities
• Help develop lesson plans, challenges, games, and activity formats
• Set up and break down program areas
• Welcome participants and explain activities, rules, and expectations
• Encourage participation and create a positive experience for guests
• Help promote upcoming programs and encourage registration
• Assist with photos, videos, and content to help market activities
• Gather guest feedback and help improve future sessions
• Keep program supplies organized and activity areas clean
• Help test and launch new program ideas
