About The Position
Are you creative, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for a Programming Assistant to help create engaging and meaningful experiences for residents in a warm and supportive community. Starting wage: $18/hour
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and energetic personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with seniors or memory care preferred
- Related experience welcomed
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and leading daily activities and events
- Encourage resident participation and meaningful engagement
- Support memory care and dementia-friendly programming
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
- Maintain activity documentation and program records
