About The Position

The Quality Assurance Programming Assistant will support both the HR and Quality Assurance departments and assist with the office's day-to-day needs. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both employee and client information.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of HR, administrative, quality assurance, or related experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Some college or additional HR/administrative training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting by monitoring job boards, reviewing and processing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
Conduct residential visits
Schedule and conduct interviews and submit required recruitment reports.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee files and make sure required documentation is complete and up to date.
Receive required monthly client paperwork by established deadlines.
Review client and program documentation for accuracy, completeness, required signatures, and compliance.
Prepare reports identifying missing or incomplete documentation for follow-up.
Assist with routine file audits and prepare files for licensing reviews, accreditation, and external audits.
Maintain spreadsheets used to track HR, training, quality assurance, and compliance information.
Assist with organizing, maintaining, and purging files as needed.
Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with the daily flow of the office.
Maintain confidentiality when working with employee, client, and company information.
Complete other duties as needed to support HR, Quality Assurance, and overall office operations.
