About The Position

This role supports the programming and operation of equipment used to cut and form tube and sheet metal in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires flexibility to manage changing production priorities while using multiple software platforms to create and optimize programs. The individual will work closely with operators, scheduling, and supervision to meet production goals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy through strong technical skills and attention to detail. High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
2 + years of programming background, preferably with laser nesting and press brake bending software, required
Comprehensive knowledge of machine setup, particularly press brakes
Microsoft Software (proficient)
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Applicable Trade School degree in CNC programming or 3D Design, preferred.
5 + years of manufacturing experience, preferred

Responsibilities

CNC Machine Programming
Program Fiber Flat Laser using AutoNest (import files, verify features, modify DXFs)
Program Fiber Tube Laser using Mazatrol TubeDX (nest parts, adjust features, improve efficiency)
Program Press Brake using M-Bend and support complex operator setups
Coordinate with design team to improve part quality and manufacturability
