Requirements

Excellent technical skills.
Proficient problem-solving abilities.
Specialized expertise in HVAC Controls and Building Automation programming.
Solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive approach to continuous learning and process improvement.
At least two (2) years of experience as an HVAC controls technician.
Experience programming HVAC controls.
Experience with Building Automation Control Systems such as Schneider Electric, EcoStruxure, I/A Series, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
Experience with Building Automation Protocols including LON, BACnet, and Modbus.

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of experience as an HVAC controls technician.
Two (2) years of experience as an HVAC controls programmer.
Two (2) years of experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation.
EcoStruxure Building Operation Certification.
Experience with JavaScript.
