About The Position
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting end-to-end solution delivery through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex systems, defining solutions, and translating business needs into effective system designs. This includes developing comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and user guides. A deep understanding of both legacy and modern systems is crucial for analysis, integration, and alignment of solutions. The role also involves leading specification development, creating detailed test cases, and ensuring successful implementation through supporting artifacts. Strong presentation and facilitation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint are essential for leading meetings, delivering demos, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems, define solutions, and translate business needs into effective system designs.
- Highly skilled in developing comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and user guides.
