About The Position

This role involves supporting and configuring Oracle ERP applications and RF Smart applications, both running as SaaS in the cloud. The Programmer Analyst will communicate effectively with IT colleagues and end-users to understand business requirements and develop solutions. This position also includes working with users and software vendors to resolve software issues, collaborating within the IT department as part of a support and development team, and assisting with projects to ensure scope and timelines are met. The role also includes other duties as assigned by the Director of IT Business Solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle ERP applications.
• Experience with RF Smart applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT and end-users.
• Ability to understand business requirements and design/develop solutions.
• Experience working with users and software vendors to resolve software problems.
• Experience working as part of a support and development team.
• Experience leading or assisting on projects.
