Programmer Analyst
About The Position
Support and configuration of Oracle ERP applications running as SaaS in the cloud. Support and configuration of RF Smart applications running as SaaS in the cloud. Communicate effectively with others in IT and with end users to clearly understand business requirements and design/develop appropriate solutions. Work with users and software vendors to resolve software problems. Work as part of a support and development team with others in the IT department. Other duties as assigned by the Director of IT Business Solutions Leads/assists on projects ensuring the scope and timelines are met.
