Programmer Analyst Subject Matter Expert
About The Position
The Boeing Company is seeking a Programmer Analyst Subject Matter Expert to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team in Fairfax, VA. This role involves working on assigned requests and projects, including the design, development, and testing of Microsoft (MS) Access/Visual Basic Application (VBA) interfaces, International Business Machines (IBM) Cognos reports, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server based tools. The position also supports daily interface operations to and from external applications to the Deltek Costpoint Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, provides user support for Deltek Costpoint ERP, documents issues, troubleshoots, and offers general support for the software. Additionally, the role includes performing updates of documentation related to development efforts and supporting implementation in production.
Requirements

- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience
- 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Proficient in SQL programming and database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- 5+ years administering and working with MS Access Databases
- Understanding of security controls such as Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework (RMF), or Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act or Sarbanes-Oxley Act
