As a privately owned company, we move quickly—free from red tape—and create clear paths for advancement for those driven to succeed. We’re looking for a Programmatic Trader who thrives in the data and wants to understand what’s actually driving performance. At Delve Deeper, we don’t rely on black-box automation or default platform recommendations. We believe real growth comes from combining Human Ingenuity + AI , and applying a disciplined Start / Stop / Scale approach to every dollar spent. In our pod structure, the Strategist sets direction—but you live in the engine room. You execute, analyze, and uncover the truth behind performance. Your work directly impacts how we allocate budget and drive long-term value. This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role. You won’t manage client relationships—your focus is on platforms, data, and continuous optimization.

  • Export and analyze raw platform data to understand true performance
  • Join platform data with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Fuse) to evaluate metrics like pLTV and donor retention
  • Build Excel models that uncover what’s actually driving long-term value—not just front-end conversions
  • Identify misleading signals (e.g., low-quality conversions, inflated attribution) and correct for them
  • Engineer Tests & Learn at Scale
  • Build and manage campaigns designed to test creative and audience hypotheses
