About The Position

Reasons Eating Disorder Center is seeking therapists to provide compassionate care to patients in their residential treatment facilities. The Program Therapist will perform functions including providing individual, family, and group therapy to residents with a primary eating disorder diagnosis. The successful candidate will function as part of a treatment team, delivering high-quality care alongside other medical and support staff in a milieu environment. Requirements

Master's Degree required from an accredited college or university, in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or a related mental health field preferred.
Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and strong clinical assessment skills, preferred.
Those with experience in the eating disorder field are highly encouraged to apply.
In lieu of experience specialized education and training may be acceptable.
May be required to work Saturdays.
Bilingual (Spanish) Highly Preferred

Previous experience working with eating disorders, trauma, substance use and LGBTQIA+ communities.
