About The Position

Join Our Community Prevention Team – Program Support Specialist Be the first voice that changes everything. At Safe Children Coalition, you are not just joining an organization, you are joining a mission. You will become part of a deeply committed team that stands at the forefront of protecting and strengthening families in our community. As a Program Support Specialist, you are often the very first person a family reaches in a moment of uncertainty, stress, or need. Your voice is more than words, it is the first spark of hope, the first sense of relief, and the first step toward safety and support. That first interaction can change everything. The compassion you show, the calm you bring, and the trust you build can be the difference between a family feeling lost or finding a path forward. Here, your presence matters, and the impact begins the moment a family hears, “You are not alone. I am here to support you.” As the heart of our prevention programs, you will help families access the right services at the right time. You will be the first point of contact for youth and families seeking services through YPS, YIS, CAPTA, and SafeCare:
