About The Position

This role involves analyzing and interpreting training and program data to support leadership decision-making. The specialist will collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources, develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses, and conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities. The position also supports certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation, evaluates quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback, and creates actionable recommendations to improve program performance. Maintaining databases, records, and data standards is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve training programs and organizational performance.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables), Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
• Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports.
• Experience identifying trends, conducting research, and presenting findings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.
