About The Position

Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position: Program Support Specialist - Workforce Training Full-time, non-exempt RHA is looking for a Program Support Specialist who will, Under the general oversight of the Program Manager, be responsible for supporting community outreach, employer and mentor engagement, data and quality assurance, program performance reporting, administrative support, meeting scheduling, and support resource development. This role will also provide customer support, conduct research and support continuous improvement. This position is hybrid but incumbent must reside in the San Diego area. Who is RHA? Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, workforce development, customer service, program support, or analysis roles with increasing responsibility or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated written, editorial, and data quality assurance experience ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality program data and deliverables.
  • Strong time, task, and relationship management skills, with proven ability to contribute positively both independently and as a team member.
  • Able to give and receive productive feedback to/from colleagues, partners, and clients.
  • Able to quickly learn complex topics and produce, revise, and update deliverables tailored to the different needs of technical, managerial, and lay audiences.
  • Accountable and proactive when working remotely; reliable in supporting a team.
  • Able to adhere to ethical, cybersecurity, and privacy guidelines.
  • incumbent must reside in the San Diego area
