About The Position

The scope of this effort encompasses tasks that provide USCYBERCOM with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. We are seeking professionals interested in a variety of responsibilities including: Cyber Defense Incident Responder, Cyber Operations Planner, Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner, Knowledge Manager, Program Support Specialist, Systems Engineer, Technical Writer. The anticipated award of this effort is Fall 2026.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 6-13 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 3-10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 3-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess a current U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with program-management software (MS Suite, JIRA, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policy and compliance requirements.
  • Basic understanding of USCYBERCOM mission areas and cyber operations.
  • Experience with Workflow Management System (WMS) and/or JIRA to task, track and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with core disciplines: Cyberspace Operations, Cyberspace Planning, Cyberspace Training and Exercises, Strategy / Policy / Doctrine Development and Campaign, Assessments, Information Technology (IT) / Communications, Business Area Support and Project Management Engagement Activities.
  • Provide the customer with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners.
  • Coordinate, synchronize, deconflict, and integrate operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
  • Meet the evolving cyberspace operations mission in support of the Joint warfighter.
  • Coordinate program activities across multiple teams and stakeholders while developing and maintaining detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and performance issues, track risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation efforts.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Support budgeting, resource tracking, and overall program planning, leveraging program-management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) to monitor progress.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increased program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular communication to gather updates and keep all parties informed.
