About The Position

Manages employees performing business management activities in Business Operations. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Ensures work statement compliance. Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used. Manages, develops, and motivates employees. This position's internal job is Product Support Business Operations. Our team is currently hiring for Level K.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business operations, product support, supply chain, or related fields within aerospace or defense industries.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in a business operations environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and enterprise business systems (Costpoint, TeamCenter, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
  • A final U.S. clearance Post Start is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in aerospace product support or aftermarket business operations.
  • Basic knowledge of government contracting and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of product support operations and customer support.
  • Familiarity with Millennium’s product support systems and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer teams.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience working with government or defense programs.
