About The Position

RTX’s Quality Team in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a Program Supplier Assurance Engineer to drive continuous product and process improvement across its supply base. The position identifies supplier risk and systemic performance issues, then drives solutions using root-cause corrective action and statistical and analytical improvement methods, including Six Sigma and Lean. The role also conducts on-site source surveillance and corrective-action reviews and participates in design, process-change, qualification-test, and test-equipment verification and validation reviews. This is a hybrid position, described as roughly half the workweek in the Tucson office and half from a home office. The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active, existing Secret security clearance after the first day. Travel may be required based on program needs, with up to 25% anticipated for supplier assessments, audits, and reviews. Relocation is not offered.
